Loneliness in Older People

An illustrated A2 broad sheet, designed with the intention of bringing awareness to the issue of isolation and loneliness often felt by elderly people and gently suggests ways to target the problem and ensure that people understand that this issue can be lessened or prevented altogether with simple measures such as active support and attention directed towards older people.
